The process provides a framework for each project we are engaged on.  We take the project requirements and narrow them down to design and strategy goals.  These goals help refine and create a path for the project.  This includes:

Define

We build on market and competitive research to create goals and benchmarks to further the design phase.  Search opportunities are explored, documented and a search map is created.

Design

Beginning to see visual and site architecture come to a reality we are not only designing the what you see on the site but also we are creating a successful search base by creating Google accepted version of pages to help begin the optimization process.  The professional copywriting begins at this point based off all of the research, goals and objectives referenced in previous phases.  At the end of this process, the site is brought live and the real fun begins.

Refine

Entropy on the web isn't so much as accepting the chaos but focusing the energy of the website in areas where this chaos is less likely to happen.  Just as you choose risks in your investment portfolio, with site goals and objective there are risks and we mitigate those risks of both by creating a rigorous Refinement process.  Knowing that a site will fail if left to be to its own devices, we engage the client to be constantly review where these failures are happening and making changes to them.  Whether this is re-writing copy, re-optimizing for different keywords or adding internal process to handle leads and opportunities - there needs to be buy in, investment and commitment by the site owners.
